Advice by Email
Your provider is available by email to offer quick, non-medically necessary guidance (during business hours). Many of our providers are able to receive emails by both computer and smartphone, responses are often very prompt. This service is available to you even though it doesn’t qualify for insurance reimbursement.
Advice by Phone
Consult with your provider by phone for non-medically necessary advice, even when you don’t have an appointment. They will make their best effort to be available within 24 hours. This service is available to you even though it doesn’t qualify for insurance reimbursement.
Client Care Specialists
Enjoy support with our Client Care Specialists team. Our client care team is available for contact 11 hours a day 5 days a week. Our membership specialists are available for assistance with billing or being available with any issues that may need a next business day response. Which also is not often the case with most practices or independent providers.
Bi-annual
Members are given access to a biannual book that perfectly complements the HBH Therapy experience. This book is filled with the most up to date trends and ideas to help supplement the work you are doing with your therapist.
Premium waiting rooms
Our premium waiting rooms are Designed with an eye towards helping our members feel like he’s in a home style setting that is a stark contrast to the clinical feel of many practices. On top of comfortable chairs and quality reading materials we offer complimentary coffee and tea to Help our members feel at ease.

We offer discounts at our online store To our members. In addition to this discount we offer discounts on any Publications our counselors may publish.
