Deb recognizes that “we all have their own backpacks with thoughts, emotions and histories”.

Counseling Style

Deb offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their emotions, feelings and thoughts with regard to any challenges that they may feel that they are facing. Everyone may have something at some point in their lives that they just need to express and let out no matter what is. Deb’s work strives to create an atmosphere that feels calm and trusting. She has a solid foundation of abilities in addressing concerns related to trauma as well as developing skills to help feel a greater sense of emotional calm.

Experience

With over three decades of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) from 1994, Deb brings a depth of understanding to her work.  She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College. Her approaches to therapy are individually based. She has found from her experience that no one particular type of therapy can be beneficial to everyone. Deb has delivered therapy in many different approaches such as office, telehealth, and walking therapy.
