Danielle brings warmth, humor, and compassion into each session, and engages whole-heartedly in providing holistic and patient-centered care. She has a “less is more” approach with medication management, believing that the bare minimum amount of medication that can provide a thriving quality of life is always ideal. She blends her knowledge of psychopharmacology with thoughtful therapeutic relationship-building to provide a trusting, informed, and judgement-free atmosphere for her patients.
While her experience in mental health is vast, Danielle has a special interest in PTSD and trauma-informed care. She has treated many first responders, veterans, and healthcare workers who have experienced service-related trauma. She provides her patients with thorough education on medication management as well as the mind-body connection every step of the way, which in turn allows them to feel empowered in their day-to-day lives.
Danielle believes in the importance of approaching medication management with her patients as a team effort, and will work with you to help you reach your personal treatment goals. She is also eager to encourage additional layers of support alongside medication management, including healthy lifestyle choices, consistent therapy, and mindfulness meditation techniques.
