COVID-19 Response

Dear Valued Clients,

At HBH, the health of our clients and employees is our greatest concern.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following safety protocols provided by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as complying with the state and local regulations.

More specifically, we offer online counseling services and implement enhanced safety measures at our offices, including:

  • We refrain from allowing anyone in our office who is not offering or receiving our services
  • We welcome clinicians and clients to wear face masks, but we do not require them
  • We provide hand sanitizer in each room
  • We keep our offices clean and disinfected with a regular cleaning service

If our counselors or clients are feeling sick, we ask that you stay home and get tested for COVID-19, and may not return until they either receive a negative test result or 10 days have passed. If a clinician or client tests positive for COVID-19, the office will immediately be deep-cleaned and disinfected. People who were exposed will be notified.

Any COVID-19 exposures must follow the CDC guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/if-you-were-exposed.html

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask your counselor or call our offices at (413)343-HELP.

We are here to help!

Sincerely,

Your Team at HBH
