This is a book I discovered after the loss of my mom in my mid 20s, and it’s been my go to recommendation for anyone who has dealt with grief and loss of their mother or a mother figure at a young age. It gives a raw look into grief and coping with the loss and normalizing experiences and emotions along the way. It’s a book where you will cry, laugh, and feel seen and validated in your grief journey.
