Ines Prado is a compassionate, bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health therapist who offers a culturally responsive and affirming space for healing. As a Guatemalan native, she brings a deep appreciation for cultural identity, family dynamics, and the unique experiences of navigating multiple worlds.
Her counseling style is warm, collaborative, and psychointegrative, drawing from a person-centered therapy approach. Ines believes therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. She meets clients where they are, blending empathy and authenticity with practical tools to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence. She is trained in EMDR and incorporates trauma-informed practices to support clients in processing difficult experiences and reducing emotional distress in a safe, structured way.
Experience
Ines holds a dual Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Springfield College. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and identity exploration. She integrates creative and traditional therapeutic methods, tailoring the process to each client’s goals and strengths.
