Tina’s therapy style is accepting and empathetic, with light heartedness and humor combined. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion in a safe and judgement free environment. Her approach combines the best practices of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and reality therapy, with an emphasis on the goals, interventions, and supporting tools to meet each client’s unique needs. Tina provides insights to improve feelings of empowerment, while working towards a solid personal foundation based on self-love, self-worth, and self-motivation. She believes that a trusting foundation is essential in a therapeutic setting, which she starts building at minute one.

Experience

Tina is a graduate of American International College with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She has six years of experience as a therapist in a wide range of settings including, but not limited to, individual, group, couple’s, family, and community-based counseling focused on an extremely diverse portfolio of client backgrounds and needs.
